Privacy Policy
mindmove.ai ("we", "us") is Camilly Vianna's AI practice for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains what information we collect when you use mindmoveai.com and pt.mindmoveai.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us: when you take the diagnostic, submit the contact form, ask for a tool result or prompt pack by email, or book a call, we collect your name, email, phone (if you give it), what your business does and your answers or message.
- Tool results: when you ask for a tool result by email, we receive the numbers and choices you entered in that tool.
- Usage data, basic, aggregated analytics about how pages are visited (e.g. page views, device type, referrer), used to improve the site.
- Preferences, a small amount of data stored locally in your browser (such as your light/dark theme choice). This is not shared with us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and send you your free diagnostic, the result or material you asked for, or a proposal.
- To communicate with you about a project or service you requested.
- To understand and improve how the site performs.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your enquiry to send unsolicited marketing.
Service providers
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site and handle your messages: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (secure storage of form submissions and blog content), Resend (email delivery), Anthropic (AI that writes the personalized email or diagnostic draft from your answers; your data is not used to train its models), Calendly (call scheduling, if you choose to book a call) and email forwarding to our inbox. Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function.
Cookies, analytics and ads
We use Google Ads to measure whether our ads lead to diagnostics or requests on the site. Google may set cookies for this measurement. On the Portuguese site, we also use Microsoft Clarity to understand in aggregate how pages are used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization in your Google account.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to keep a record of our communications. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To do so, email hello@mindmoveai.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
