- Usage data — basic, aggregated analytics about how pages are visited (e.g. page views, device type, referrer), used to improve the site.
- Preferences — a small amount of data stored locally in your browser (such as your light/dark theme choice). This is not shared with us.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and provide a free analysis or proposal.

Service providers
We use a small set of trusted providers to run the site and handle your messages: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (secure storage of contact-form submissions and blog content), Calendly (call scheduling, if you choose to book a call), and email forwarding/delivery to route your message to our inbox. Each provider only receives the data needed to perform its function.
Data retention
We keep contact-form submissions for as long as needed to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, and to keep a record of our communications. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To do so, email hello@mindmoveai.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
