Business process automation that pays for itself

We map the manual workflows draining your time and rebuild them as automations that run themselves — syncing data, moving information between apps, triggering actions and handling the steps your team does by hand today.

  • Workflow mapping & automation design
  • Tool-to-tool integrations
  • Triggered actions & scheduled jobs
  • Error handling and monitoring

Most small teams lose hours every day to work a computer should be doing — copying data between apps, chasing follow-ups, formatting reports, updating spreadsheets. mindmove.ai builds business process automation that quietly takes that work off your plate, so your people can focus on the things only people can do.

We start by mapping your real workflows, then rebuild them as reliable automations across platforms like n8n, Make and Zapier — or with custom code when that's the better fit. Lead capture and enrichment, CRM updates, invoicing, onboarding, data sync: if it's repetitive and rule-based, it can usually run itself.

Every workflow we ship includes error handling, retries and monitoring, so it keeps working without babysitting. The result is fewer mistakes, faster turnaround, and a business that can take on more volume without adding headcount.

Automations, answered.

Which tools can you automate?

Almost anything with an API or automation support — CRMs, email and marketing platforms, spreadsheets, payment processors, scheduling tools, e-commerce stores and support desks. We work fluently across n8n, Make and Zapier, and drop into custom code whenever a workflow needs logic those platforms can't express. In practice that means we can connect the specific mix of tools your business already runs, rather than handing you a rigid template. If you're not sure whether your stack can be automated, it almost certainly can — tell us what you use and we'll confirm.

What if one of my tools has no integration?

We can usually still connect it. "No native integration in Zapier" rarely means impossible — most tools expose an API or webhooks we can talk to directly, and when they don't, we build a small custom bridge that does the job. We've connected plenty of niche, industry-specific and even legacy systems this way. The only real exceptions are tools that are completely closed with no API at all, and even then there's often a workaround. Show us the tool and we'll tell you honestly whether it's connectable and how.

What happens when an automation fails?

It's caught and surfaced, never silently dropped — that's the difference between a hobby script and something you can run a business on. We build in proper error handling, automatic retries for transient glitches, and alerts that notify you (by email or Slack) the moment something needs attention, so you know before your customers do. We also log what happened so issues are easy to diagnose and fix. The goal is an automation you can trust and forget about, with a safety net underneath it rather than a black box.

Do I need to change the tools I already use?

Usually not, and we won't push you to. We're deliberately tool-agnostic and prefer to automate around the stack you already know and pay for, because ripping out working software is expensive and disruptive for a small team. We only suggest changing a tool when it genuinely can't do what you need or is actively holding you back — and even then we lay out the trade-offs and plan the switch carefully, rather than forcing a migration you didn't ask for.

Less busywork. More business.
